These Terms govern access to GetAlo’s hosted voice-operations service. By creating a workspace or using the service on an organization’s behalf, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these Terms.
1. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and keep workspace roles current. Workspace owners control member access, published call flows, business numbers, retention settings, and billing. You are responsible for actions taken through authorized workspace accounts.
2. Your call operations
You decide which flows are published, which numbers route to them, what the agent may say, and which external actions it may perform. You must obtain all notices, consents, and permissions required for calling, recording, transcription, messaging, automated decision-making, and processing personal data in every applicable jurisdiction.
GetAlo is not an emergency service and must not be used as the sole route for emergency, life-safety, medical, or other time-critical communications.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use GetAlo for unlawful robocalling, deceptive impersonation, harassment, fraud, credential or payment-card collection, evasion of provider safeguards, malware delivery, or activity that violates another person’s rights. You may not probe or bypass tenant isolation, rate limits, signature validation, or access controls.
4. Managed service partners
GetAlo contracts with voice, telephony, payment, hosting, and other subprocessors to operate the service. You do not need separate accounts with those partners. You authorize GetAlo to send the minimum data and instructions needed to operate the features you configure. Any external workflow endpoint you add remains your responsibility.
5. Plans, usage, and payment
Subscription fees and metered usage are shown before checkout and in the billing workspace. You authorize Stripe to store the selected payment method and charge recurring plan fees and reported usage. Taxes, usage fees, credits, limits, and renewal dates are shown where applicable. Spend controls are operational safeguards, not a guarantee against every delayed service event.
6. Customer content and data
You retain rights in your flow content, prompts, call data, and connected system responses. You grant GetAlo the limited rights needed to host, transmit, secure, redact, retain, and delete that content as configured and to provide support. You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide it.
7. Service changes and suspension
We may change the service to improve safety, reliability, or provider compatibility. We may suspend access when needed to prevent harm, address a security incident, comply with law, or resolve overdue payment. Where practical, we will provide notice and a path to restore access.
8. Termination
A workspace owner may cancel through billing settings. On termination, new production routing stops. GetAlo releases managed business numbers after allowing active calls a brief period to finish. Released numbers may not be recoverable, and starting service again may require choosing a new number. Stored data remains subject to configured transcript retention, the operator's documented deletion process, and legal obligations. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, ownership, and misuse restrictions—survive termination.
9. Contact
Questions about these Terms should be sent through the verified legal contact published by the operator of this deployment. For this installation, email [email protected].
